Celia Goncalves Associate Celia Goncalves is an associate at C&C since 2007. Her practice focuses on civil, criminal, tax, finance, commercial law, and labour and employment matters. Prior to her career in the legal profession, Ms Goncalves was an executive assistant for the city hall of Coimbra, where she acquired experience in civil causes and local and governmental policy measures. Between 2001 and 2007, she was a legal researcher and analyst in a legal database firm, dealing with administrative, court awards and judgments, as well as regulations and legal norms, and she practiced law as an independent lawyer. She has formal education in corporate enterprise research and company registration law, and she has attended a post-graduation course on Corporate Law at the University of Coimbra in 2002.
