CHAPTER III
RELATIONS WITH THE COURTS
(1) The lawyer shall never knowingly give false or misleading information to the judicial authorities;
(2) The lawyer shall not entice a witness into committing a perjury or making false statements;
(3) The lawyer not causes any unnecessary delay in judicial proceedings;
(4) The lawyer shall not try to influence the judicial authorities directly or indirectly by any ways and means contradictory to the law and the ethic rules.
