COMMON PROVISION

(1) The relationship between lawyers should be based on the principles of collaboration, honesty and confidentiality.

(2) A lawyer should recognize all other lawyers regardless of the continuance of their practice and their nationality as professional colleagues and act fairly and courteously towards them, including in the court.
