Adelino Correia is an associate at C&C and he heads the notary department. His current area of practice chiefly focuses on notary law and notarial practices, as well as on land and company registration, but he also has significant experience in civil and criminal litigation, and administrative and public law.

Mr Correia is experienced in handling a variety of registrations and notarizations, including incorporation of companies, transfer, reduction and increase of share capital and changes to the Articles of Incorporation, as well as all aspects of real property registration.

He is also involved in the drafting of minutes, power of attorneys and lease, tripartite and purchase and sale agreements, the establishment and recording of horizontal property regimes, the application for parcel numbers and parcel values, the issuing of certified true copies and performance of signature witnessing.
