| Antonio Isoo de Azeredo Associate Antonio Isoo de Azeredo is an associate in the firm's Corporate department and his practice focuses on Corporate, M&A, Banking and Finance and Tax issues. Mr Isoo de Azeredo has been involved in commercial and corporate law projects and in several financing projects on behalf of domestic and foreign clients. He also provides legal advice on tax and other banking and finance matters. He started his career as a trainee lawyer at Portugal law firm Saraiva Lima & Associados in their Porto office, where he practiced Commercial & Corporate Law, as well as Litigation and Transport Law. After successfully completing his training, he became an associate of the firm. Later he moved to KPMG's Lisbon office as a consultant and advised large groups of companies on Tax related matters, after which he joined C&C in 2007. |
