Isolda Brasil is an associate at C&C since 2009. Her current practice focuses on Commercial and Corporate Law (Commercial Contracts, Shareholders Agreements, M.O.U, non disclosure agreements, Guarantees, incorporation of companies, etc).

Isolda has substantial in-house legal experience as a Corporate Generalist Lawyer. She was the head of the legal department of Martifer for the biofuels area in Portugal and responsible for the day to day legal life of the company right before she joined C&C Team.

She is alsofamiliarized with international trading of commodities and FOSFA proceedings.

She oftenparticipates in workshops, seminars and conferences on Corporate, Banking and Finance.
