Rita Andorinho has a Law Degree from the School of Law of Nova University of Lisbon since 2003 and a Master in Business Administration (“MBA”) from the University of Saint Joseph.

Immediately after she graduated in 2003, she started her career as a tax consultant of Deloitte & Touche (ex. Arthur Andersen) in their Lisbon office, and one year later she moved to KPMG, where she rose to a Level 3 Senior Consultant.

She joined C&C in 2007 and since then, she has been involved in several M&A, IPO’s, Due Diligence Exercises, Syndication Loans and other Finance Documentation as well as in drafting and reviewing all kinds of commercial contracts for domestic and foreign clients.

She has significant experience on tax and banking and finance matters, having advised large groups of companies and financial institutions in Portugal and Macau. She has planned tax structures, reviewed financial statements and help implemented accounting procedures.
