Susana Batalha Associate Susana Batalha is an associate at C&C since 2006 and she maintains a particular focus on dispute resolution and civil and criminal litigation matters. Ms Batalha has acted for clients in a wide range of litigation matters in the Macau Courts, and she has been involved in the preparation, planning, drafting and submission of written petitions in legal proceedings. She has significant experience in a variety of claims, including civil and criminal liability, marriage and family law issues, and leasing agreements disputes. Her recent experience also includes legal opinions on employment contracts and staff handbooks in Macau.She started her career in a Portuguese law firm in Setubal. In 2006, she moved to Rui Cunha, Gloria Ribeiro & Associados in Lisbon, where she practiced in the areas of litigation and corporate law. Due to a partnership between that Lisbon law firm and C&C, she was invited to relocate to Macau as an associate of C&C. |
