Joao Nogueira Marques is an associate at C&C. His practice
focuses on corporate, insurance law and civil and criminal
litigation matters.
Mr Marques has acted for clients in significant disputes related to civil, criminal, labour and commercial litigation before
Portuguese Courts. He has a breadth of experience providing prelitigation advice and assistance on litigation issues. Additionally,
he has provided legal advice for a wide array of aspects of commercial activities and has handled a variety of claims and insurance litigation.
In 2000 Mr Marques was a founding partner of a Portuguese law firm based in Porto, Portugal¡¦s second major city. He joined C&C in the beginning of 2008.
