Maria Lucilia Freire Consultant Maria Lucilia Freire is a consultant in the firm's Intellectual Property and Information & Technology departments. Ms Lucilia Freire maintains a particular focus on intellectual property rights, patent and trademark protection, models and industrial designs, and technology transfer issues. Her experience includes providing legal advice for domestic and foreign clients on IP rights and acting as project manager. She was also a technical coordinator and legal and management consultant in connection with a wide range of matters within the industry sectors of her practice. She has participated as guest speaker and instructor in several workshops, seminars and training courses for Strategic Management, Innovation and Knowledge Management, and she has co-authored several articles on speciality publications.
