Nuno da Luz Martins Associate Nuno da Luz Martins is an associate in the firm's corporate department. His practice focuses on corporate law, banking, financing and real estate issues. He has provided legal advice on real property deals, syndicated loans and collaterals for the gaming, tourism and real estate sectors. He is experienced in the drafting and reviewing of contracts for major projects, including securitizations and project financing. Before joining C&C in 2004, he was practicing at Rui Cunha Advogados in Lisbon. Presently, he serves as the Secretary General of APAMAC (Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA) Recognized Group of Macau).
