Rita da Costa Andorinho Associate Rita da Costa Andorinho is an associate at C&C since 2007. Her current practice focuses on corporate, M&A, banking and finance, and direct and indirect taxation issues. Rita has been involved in several M&A, commercial and corporate law projects, representing and advising domestic and foreign clients. She has significant experience on tax and banking and finance matters, having advised large groups of companies and corporate bodies in Portugal and Macau. She has planned tax structures, reviewed annual statements and implemented accounting procedures. She started her career at Deloitte & Touche as a Junior Consultant in their Lisbon office and later moved to KPMG, where she rose to a Level 3 Senior Consultant. She has co-authored several articles in tax publications and newspapers, including "A Internacionalizacao do Codigo do IRC" (The internationalization of the Corporate Income Tax Code). She often participates in workshops, seminars and conferences on Corporate, Banking and Finance and Tax law. She is currently taking her MBA at the Macau Inter-University Institute.
