Zhao Lu Partner Zhao Lu is a partner at C&C and he is in charge of the firm's IP & IT department. His practice also focuses on real estate, construction, tourism and litigation matters. A civil law notary since 2000, Mr Zhao is extensively involved in much of the notarization duties of the firm's notary department, including signature witnessing for major real estate deals. He was elected partner in 2000. He is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and Asia Patent Attorneys Association (APAA). He has significant experience with Mainland China based clients, including the reorganization of the largest Chinese-owned company in Macau and several horizontal property deals. He has also advised on the listing of companies in the Hong Kong, New York, Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges. He is a native speaker of Mandarin. He taught Administrative Law and General Theory of Chinese Law as Assistant Professor in the University of Macau Law School. He is also a member of APAA (Asian Patent Attorneys Association).
