Jessie has a double bachelor in law and economics, besides further education in reputable institutions in Japan and China in dispute management and international tax law. Recently she concluded her master studies in international business law. A registered lawyer in the People’s Republic of China Lawyers Association, and a Committee member of the Belt and Road Initiative and the Greater Bay Area Working Committee of Zhuhai Lawyers Association, Jessie also has previous experience as a civil servant at the Guangdong government and in the Macau Economic and Trade Office of the European Union.
